Band Boosters coordinates ESHS and ESHS Band apparel sales in late summer and occasionally throughout the school year. Designs are typically deveoped in spring/early summer. The Apparel Chair works with a local print shop to run the sale and coordinate distribution. Band Boosters also sell The Official ESHS Storm Stadium Blanket and other merchandise throughout the school year on the booster website.

Band Boosters proudly serves students and staff snacks and meals each day during Band Camp, held in late summer.

A band yearbook is created each year to capture the accomplishments and memories of the program. The committee welcomes parents and students who enjoy photography or organizing content. Volunteers may assist with event photography, photo collection and coordination of yearbook distribution.

Chaperones are needed for each competition and home football game performance during the fall marching season. Chaperones are asked to ride the bus to and from performances. Volunteers are also asked to help with a few other small activities while at the performances. These include helping with pluming (the feather on the hat), distributing snacks/meals among other things. This committee helps to coordinate signups and chaperone volunteers.

Band Boosters helps to plan and distribute snacks/meals to students at Saturday competitions during the fall marching season. Volunteers assist with ordering, preparation and distribution.

Each year the Band Boosters help with concessions at one home football game. This is a key fundraiser. The committee coordinates and staffs volunteers for the event.

EBO was started in 1975 by former band director and retired superintendent Steve Baker. The event takes place in February and involves hundreds of student performers from several area schools. Volunteers support food donations and event operations.

This committee coordinates fundraising initiatives throughout the year, including monthly Family Dine Out events with local restaurants.

The Hats Off to the Band Community Parade is a summer tradition. This is a performance fundraiser featuring neighborhood yard concerts. The committee coordinates scheduling, neighborhood communication and event logistics. 2026 will be the 10th Annual HOTTB!

Night of Stars is a fun collaborative fundraising event with EVVMS and ERMS that takes place in April each year. Students perform solos, duets, ensembles, and large groups. This committee helps to coordinate the food, decorations, and auction items for the event.

The plant sale takes place each spring in March. It is a fundraising event sponsored by all three EPS high school band boosters. Sales are done online over the month. Plants are then distributed at one location following the end of the sale period. This committee helps to coordinate the sale along side representatives from ENHS and EHS.
Do you like working with your hands and having sideline views of the band while they are performing? If so, Pit Crew is for you! These parents help to build and maintain all the performance props for marching band in the fall. Committee members help to load and unload equipment at home football games and competitions, as well as help our students set the field during performances and games. This committee helps to coordinate volunteers to assist with these activities as well.

The Student Recognition Chair is a year-round role. The committee organizes the Post NSBA (Nebraska State Bandmasters Competition) breakfast in October. This event signals the end of marching season and helps to celebrate the band's accomplishments. The chair represents the Band Boosters on the Band Booster Scholarship selection committee.

Sounds of Excellence is an annual marching competition co-hosted by all three EPS high school bands. The event takes place each October at Elkhorn High School. Planning is a collaborative effort among booster representatives from EHS, ENHS, and ESHS. Responsibilities are divided across schools and include program production, concessions, parking, sponsorship coordination, volunteer management, and financial operations.
Booster leads are identified each year in coordination with district partners.
The uniforms committee helps to organize and fit students each summer prior to the start of the marching season. Volunteers assist with fittings during Band Camp and help maintain inventory throughout the season.
